About me

When I was much younger and sexier I started my first coaching and training gig (around 2005). I really loved it. I had an excellent mentor, working in a field I’ll enjoy the rest of my life.

I had just graduated with a BSc in Psychology and Philosophy, with focuses on counseling and research. I paid for my degree playing basketball, and elite level sport has been incredibly influential in my coaching and understanding of psychology.

But, I was very young when I started(24); so I felt quite fraudulent because I didn't’ have any experience or wisdom in business, children, or life. Although my clients reported they enjoyed the coaching and were impressed with me - I was never interested in impressing people or being enjoyable. I’ve only ever been interested in results.

Something that really cheezed me off about coaching was when the client and I agreed to working on something - and then the next time we met they hadn’t done it. I never got away with that nonsense in basketball...

Eventually I got some experience in the world of business, parenthood, marriage, leadership, bought some coaching IP, and developed a software solution for clients not working on the opportunities we’d agree upon.

For about 7 years I grew a small training company using that software in the world of Pharmacy. I had a client who needed help with assertiveness (which is not uncommon in pharmacy), and that’s about all I focus on now.

Assertiveness coaching is the process of more efficiently and peacefully expressing yourself assertively without fear or anxiety of losing relationships. It’s terribly important today and a great solution to misinformation, relationships, and anxiety around people.

It’s very rewarding to see people get in touch with a part of themselves they buried, and to see every relationship in their life flourish as a product.
